The MDT-6236B is an optical/contact tachometer for measuring speeds of rotating objects in
revolutions per minute. It also measures surface speeds in metres per minute or feet per
minute. High accuracy is achieved by combining CPU, photoelectrical and laser techniques.
The ergonomic design makes the instrument comfortable to use.
Measurements:
Optical: RPM non-contact via supplied reflective tape.
Contact: RPM via cone or funnel.
Contact: m/m via surface wheel.
Impact-resistant ABS case.
Laser spot for easy identification of target (optical mode).
Optical detecting distance 50 mm to 500 mm.
50 x 28 mm LCD display with function indicators.
Recall of last measured value.
Min/max memory updated automatically.
Interchangeable cone, funnel and surface wheel for contact
measurements.
Sampling time of 0.8 secs (over 60 RPM).
Low battery indicator.
Supplied with: Foam padded carry case,
