The MET-936 is a PT-100 platinum resistance thermometer
(PRT) with a selectable high resolution of 0.01°C at a range of
-80°C to 200°C or 0.1°C from -200°C to 400°C.

The unit is designed to accept a 3-wire configuration and a
flat film PT-100 sensor probe, offering fantastic accuracy
and response times at an affordable price. The probe
connects to the unit using a Lumberg KFV60 plug which is
gold-plated to minimize connection errors.

With the gradual reduction of high-accuracy mercury
thermometers in use, PT-100 thermometers have become
the thermometer of choice for high-accuracy measurement
in laboratories and industry. The increased accuracy also
offers a distinct advantage over K-Type thermometers in
industrial temperatures under 400°C.
